I've tried searching here and on the web for an answer to my issue with Yahoo Mail/Outlook/Blackberry Bold, and thought I might ask here to see if perhaps somebody can help. My apologies in advance if this has already been addressed, as I cannot find it using the search function.
I have a Yahoo small business account for my work, and I use Outlook 2007 as my mail program. Before I used Outlook, I used the web based Yahoo mail, and didn't have any issues.
Now, when Outlook grabs my emails from the Yahoo servers, within seconds of it arriving on my Blackberry it is already marked as read.
My understanding is that this is an issue with Yahoo and not BB or Outlook.
Is it possible for Outlook to not mark my messages on the Yahoo as read? Or is there a solution to allowing me to keep my messages as unread on my Blackberry?
