Can any1 enlighten me as 2 the answers of the following 2 questions?

1] Y do I get a page saying "LOCKED" "ACCESS DENIED" or "FORBIDDEN" with some web pages I try to access?

2]] & what does "error 403" "error 423" &/or "error 500" mean?

If you're getting that on the native browser, why not try Bolt or opera mini? Sometimes not all the commands go through BIS to the site you're accessing and you get those errors as a result. Happens to me sometimes.

That most likely means that you are trying to access content you are not authorized to access. Those messages are generated by the web server.
