I just purchased a 9000 Bold phone (AT & T) and I purchased software (3d party) from Crackberry. I didn't realize that I had a my curve plugged in and when I got my downloads they had my old phones ID # instead of my Bolds. I can't install any of the software in my new phone. Does anybody know how I can? [email protected]
Depends on the individual software author's policy. Try contacting by email, explain your mistake and ask if it is possible to transfer to the new phone.
