Does anyone have a link or know where to go to write a complaint to BB? I tried looking on their site but cant for the life of me find a simple "contact us" button or way to just send a message without having to subscribe for this or pay for that.

    What, WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTT????????????

How can they have poor customer service if you haven't contacted them yet?
And you really should take up your issues with your cellphone company first, they can patch you through to RIM.

Lol, was thinking the same thing.

Would help OP if you were a little more clearer on the subject at hand.

RIMs number is easily found on their website. If you have a credit card handy, you will get through. If you go through your carrier there is no charge to speak with RIM if they cannot help you. Most carriers have a dedicated BB support group. Usually after you speak with RIM you will get a call from someone wanting feedback or at least I did.

I did contact them through my service provider as their site told me to do, and the customer service was horrid, hence why I wanted to make a complaint. I already made one with my service provider and they told me to also make a complaint with blackberry, but could not tell me how to do that.

I cannot call out to a phone number due to my location, which is why I was asking if there was a place on their website I was missing or another way to contact them.
