Ordered my 9650 this am. Tried online and couldn't get thru so called and ordered over the phone. Ended up getting a card for the discount. Thought phone and online were the same? Tried like heck to get the discount but the gal wouldn't budge!

i had my upgrade moved up so i had no other option
