Yes, I did do the OTA upgrade, and it didn't take all that long (about 45 minutes). Which isn't all that long when watching a few shows on TV or sleeping. After the upgrade, my free memory was more than doubled. Very simple and straight forward. Go to the settings then advanced options line. Go all the way to the bottom and its right there. Follow the prompts and be patient. It might help to do a battery pull first to free up memory before the upgrade. I did get a message that I didn't have enough memory. After the pull, it worked great!
