Hi Guys,

I need help here. I just upgraded my phone to bold 9780 which is connected to BIS plan however I don't have the option to enable wireless reconciliation on my phone. I go to messages >> options >> wireless reconciliation >> post selecting my mail account i don't get the further options to delete mails only on my hand-held versus my mail accounts.

Can anyone help. I know it has to do something with me connecting my phone to desktop manager and enabling the options from there but I don't remember the exact steps. Any help is much appreciated.
