Hey.

I just bought this phone and not really sure how it works fully.

I want to transfer my contacts that are in WINDOWS CONTACTS and want to transfer them to BB 9700?

I read that you need to first send them to outlook 2007 and then from there to BB 9700, but I have never used Outlook 2007 and not sure how that is done.

Can someone please tell me how I can transfer my contacts?

No need to transfer them to outlook.

Install the Desktop Manager 6, then just di. E way sync using the organiser, then choose windows contacts, very easy dude

BTW, congrats on buying the 9700, it is the best BlackBerry out there as it is cheaper than the latest phones, and it can do anything

I use Outlook. This tutorial explains how to sync with Outlook.
