I have a Bold 9700 for Wind Mobile. It is running v5.0.0.400 (Platform 5.1.0.110)

Is there a newer OS? and if so where can I find it???

Is the T-Mobile OS the same?

There hasn't been a new Wind Mobile OS release yet...there have been a few T-Mobile ones...not sure if they would be the same :S

All 9700 OS's will work on any 9700 regardless of the carrier.

the latest 5.0.0.743 (which has been officialed by Rogers, will work on your device... any OS for the 9700 will work on any 9700 regardless of carrier

I'm currently using 5.0.0.656. Yea all OS's should work with your 9700 but each OS has different pros/cons when installed on your phone. I've installed OS's in the past on my 9700 that gave me no reception and other OS's that work flawlessly. I tried .743 but my 9700 kept freezing and lagging really badly so .656 is best for me...give it a shot.
