    Warranty yes and I'm not a hundred percent about insurance but I wouldn't think so since they will replace water damaged ones

    as far as i know, insurance does cover it.

    Insurance covers pretty much any damage, etc. Reread your policy info. If it comes down to it, you can always lose it over the side of a boat.
