I'm pretty confused about the difference between Hotspot Browser and Internet Browser.

Some posts have suggested to leave it on Hotspot, and when Wi-Fi isn't available it will use the radio. And most of the time it does, but not always.

Other posts have suggested leaving it on Internet Browser, that it will connect to Wi-Fi when available.

Which is true? Any RIM documentation on this? I haven't found it....

I had that problem when I first received my Bold. Call and have VZW resend your service books (or, if you've set it up, go to your BIS admin site, log in, and click on "Help" in the lower left corner. Click the button.)

    Fixed it for me.

Same here. Does registering through the 'Host Routing Table' in the Advanced option request the service books? I did that but it may have just been a little time that downloaded the service books.
