I had that problem when I first received my Bold. Call and have VZW resend your service books (or, if you've set it up, go to your BIS admin site, log in, and click on "Help" in the lower left corner. Click the button.)

Fixed it for me.
Same here. Does registering through the 'Host Routing Table' in the Advanced option request the service books? I did that but it may have just been a little time that downloaded the service books.
