    I just purchased aRefurbed Bold 9700 for my wife, it appears brand new, in a BB box but without any documentation. The speaker does not work, so no ring tone(vibration works), alerts of Internet audio. I have played with all the settings, changing volume tones mutes etc. But no results. Am I simply missing a button or ?. Or does it go back.
