    My blackberry 9780 turns on completely fine but as soon as it reaches the lock screen, it freezes complete. No matter what I press on it, it just stays like that. On but freezes.... I need HELP!!!!

    Try to backup first the data, and try reload the OS. I still use 9780 for work anyway, It's help me allot to work with email
