i consulted with my friend who is also suffering from the same issue but he downgraded his phone to 7.0 and now his all problems are solved i ain't able to downgrade my phone
i hope you could figure it out and help me asap

you can downgrade your phone too if you want. You need to download the OS, install it to your pc, and run the loader.exe.

buh it has one more issue actually its mike & speaker works good i listen to song sometime and sometime it ceased to work suddenly, when i play any of the song it shows an error and when i receive any call there is no transaction what can i do to overcome this isssue ??

Hmmm... Maybe you should downgrade?

I used to have a 9790, with same problem. Phone worked perfectly fine but, as soon as I took a picture the phone would re-boot. For me what worked was a new battery, the phone worked perfectly afterwards.
