Hi there, please help!

I am trying to sync my BlackBerry contacts with my iMac Address Book. I used BlackBerry Desktop Software and did a two-way sync, but my Address Book is still empty. The images on my BlackBerry copied to iPhoto, so the sync 'worked' here but not for the contacts.

Make sure you have your contacts on your phone set to show all contact list. To do this go to your contacts on the phone>click the Berry button>click on Select Contact List> click Show All Contact Lists.
