    any ideas how to fix it?

    i dunno where to even start...

    And no its not cracked or hasnt been droped it was just left on the charger and when i picked it up thats what i saw

    Try a battery pull. If that doesn't work, then it looks like your bold needs a repair or replacement.

    If this is brand new/less than 30 days, there's no need to DIY fix when you can Return/Exchange it.

    Its most def hardware related. You need a new screen. Is it a canadian build? I've seen a lot of canadian bolds do this.

    I would imagine that the screen's data bus, or the screen's microprocessor are damaged. You can reproduce similar results on almost any screen if you do this sort of damage. I get this on my monitor on cold mornings (I need a new monitor BADLY, 15% of the pixels are gone...)
