    when I search app world for bbm I can't find bbm and it sayd bbm unavailable for this device my blackberry is bold 9900 with the latest software installed

    Do have BIS active ,on your device?

    Do you have the latest OS?

    Have you tried hooking it up to a computer and installing it with BlackBerry software?

    Yes I have BIS and the latest OS and right now and even with blackberry software I found I had bbm version 8 but i can't find it on the phone

    Try downloading an older version here :

    http://www.theiexplorers.com/OTA/BBM...3/OS71/bbm.jad

    After installing , check if an upgrade is available in BB world.
