Who wants to crack open their loved 9700 and swap cases, paint, etc.

any ideas on what mods might come down the line???

Colorware and replacement bottom pieces (that show the carrier name) and replacement bezels. I'm pretty sure these mods are all currently available and some people have already done some.

I saw a pic a couple days ago of someones 9700 with a black bezel that was custom sanded/painted.

So i guess to answer your question, it's already been done.

Im just waiting to see if sw-box is gonna offer a metal battery cover and metallic finish bezel like they have for the 9000. Oh and black/red keypad!

hahaha changed my bezel and batt cover to transparent ones.. looks rugged =)

I suppose you could get your housing made of resin to be completely transparent, or made out of plexi-glass.
