Usually i buy mine from http://www.expansys.com...although they can be a bit expensive but they are brand new and unlocked.

Or you could try your luck with Ebay...ive bought phones from ebay without any hassle...just make sure you buy from someone who has plenty of feedback...or better still buy from a ebay shop..plenty of them on there.
