So what do you really want to do?

Do you want to use a phone with a different carrier than the one it's locked to? No problem. You'll find lots of option on ebay for about $1 USD

But Perhaps what you're trying to do is activate the phone on a carrier? For that simply go to the carrier's store. THey'll help you.
