I googled it and there are about 20 websites and none seem to have the tools to do it, or dont have the keyboard by itself or are overseas and shipping takes 2weeks

I've searched ebay.com cnn.cn and another website but for most the ones off ebay, they are shipped from Hong Kong. If I come across antying, I will let you know.

Try ebay or google replacement Blackberry XXXX keypads. There's a few sites that sell them..about $10.

I wonder if the aftermarket will be softer as well? AT&T has kepads for the 9700 and its so easy to press. Feels like a dream compared to my keypad. Guess thats what you get for picking up the first wave of any product. All in all its not bad, just would like to have softer as oposed to stiff and crunchy
