After it comes to ATT & after RIM re-works it to use TMO's 3G frequency..

ATT has it exclusive for at least 3 mos. longer if they meet sales numbers. But as it is now the bold (or any phones) 3G will not work on TMOs network b/c of 3G frequency differences.

*NOTE: You can unlock a ATT Bold and use it on TMO but no 3G

* NOTE 2: TMO will be the first US carrier to have the Javelin so you could look into the option as well
