    Hey,

Sorry but I'd like to know if there is any way to install WhatsApp and really use it on my Bold 9900, it has a software Update from OS 7.1 but I don't know the exact name..

I tried to download it from beta.whatsapp.com/ota but there is always a screen that says that I need to update the application because the app is too old to function.

It would be so great if anyone could help me..!

    xx

What's App no longer supports BBOS or BB10 powered phones. There are work arounds that still work for BB10, but not BBOS.

You need to upgrade to an Android or iOS device for a fully functional WhatsApp.

Exactly. So you need phones that support WhatsApp now and in the future which means Android/IOS. Right?

Many are in markets where SMS isn't free.... IMs like WhatsApp, LINE or BBM are key to communications.

Sadly if that's the case, you need to use hardware and an OS that are supported by those companies.
