I would have to say that mine is 4.6.0.247. Fast, stable, no crashes, and amazing battery life. Compared to .266 and .282, this is the most stable and has had the least amount of issues for me.
I haven't had any issues whatsoever with 5.0.0.100, I can go for about a day and a half on a fully charged battery and all the 3rd party apps that I use work fine with it, even BBM 5.
I'm having absolutely fantastic luck with BBCrackman's 4.6.0.282/5.0.0.100 hybrid build. All the benefits of .282 with a faster and more stable browser. It also has BBM5 already installed, for people who are into that. I removed it when putting the OS on my phone as I've never found a use for BBM.

I like .282 but really only for memory and browser speed (as if that's not enough!). I have never had resets or dropped calls, and I can already do the 2G/3G switch on Rogers. But I do think .282 is solid and good on battery life, too.
I seriously havent ran into a single issue yet... pics load fast, music doesnt crash, great memory, and battery lasts 2+ days. I debranded to get the 2G/3G switch.
Rogers .282. I tried the asian .282 and had memory leaks and other issues. With Rogers .282 I have better reception, battery life, faster browser and more memory.
