Standard of service of who?
for user. when i ask them, thery always give me same answer: we are working on it.
When you ask who? What are you talking about?
i asked Blackberry Support team in China last Dec.
i reported it to BLACKBERRY HELP TEAM in CHINA last Dec. i am BES user, i can not use Twitter. I compared with my college`s 9900. I found one more TCP for BIBS in my SB, if I delete it Twitter will be fine. after i change the battery TCP for BIBS will be pushed into my SB.
Correct me if I am wrong: is TCP setting not pushed by your carrier upon each restart? I think you should be talking to your carrier / service provider, and not Blackberry support.
Oh boy, your previous posts were so difficult to understand...
thanks, TCP pushed each restarted. and talk to carrier / provider yet, carrier need Blackberry support too.
it will pass 4 months after i report the issue to Blackberry Help Team. did not fix it!!!!! BLACKBERRY HELP TEAM WHERE ARE YOU NOW??????????????????
your college's 9900? makes no sense
are you talking about the bes software on the college server?
if you have a bes plan everything should work except blackberry protect. the tcp settings contain the apn name and such things. your service provider is at fault
cant you check it with a college friend's blackberry?
Sent from my BlackBerry 9900
Hi Ojas541, thanks for your information. my college use 9900 too,and we use same Version. of 9900. all of our setting is same. i checked his SB,i found one more TCP for BIBS in my SB. if i delete TCP for BIBS, i can use twitter and facebook. and now after i restart my 9900, i will delete TCP for Bibs first.
please speak to your carrier ( mobile operator)........this is not a blackberry issue
Hi Maxx71, thanks. i spoke to my carrier yet, they need Blackberry team support, but it spent 4 months.
good luck !
