I swear each day waiting for the release announcement from AT&T feels like a week, i need this phone to be released NOW! My current phone is a Moto Q - which i purchased a day before it was officially released...so its well over 2 years old. My contract at that time was with Verizon...and now that its up and my Q is on its last leg i'm ready to jump ship to AT&T and get myself a BOLD.

Which got me to wondering what phones people are using now...that they will soon leave behind for the BOLD? Do most people have newer phones or are there some fossils floating around out there that people are dying to get rid of?

I recently got my BB and renewed my Tmo contract so I'm not jumping ship anytime soon...and I want to stay with Tmo so I will get the Bold once Tmo gets it.

I'm waiting to get rid of my Sony Ericsson P1i. I want the Bold. Somehow I doubt they'll bring it to Kuwait any time soon, so I just might order it online when it's available, wherever it's available.

you curve guys seem happy - i got one for my wife, so i know why...its a great phone in its own right. i was impressed to see that you really don't need windows mobile to have a good solid "smartphone". still, i'm holding off for the BOLD.

I'll be retiring my Ericsson K850i for the bold. Going to miss 5 megapixels in my pocket at all times, but I've got a real point and shoot for that anyway... Just hope it isn't as bitchy as the tilt (test drove it with AT&T for 29 days when it first came out) Or my K850i (refused to turn on for a month due to crappy firmware) I need a stable phone with cool, extravagant, and useless features!

While I'm going to get the Bold, I am keeping my Treo 750, soon-to-be iPhone 3G, and I'll give it at least a month or two before I'll consider selling the Curve or giving it to someone. I'm in total love with it!

I will be leaving my sidekick lx for a more grown up phone...which is the Bold (It will also be my 1st BB). I mean what do I look like, 24 with a 16yr olds phone .....

Im also thinking about getting a BB Curve in the mean time, because my svc on this crapkick is driving me insane!!!! I also want to have it as a starter/backup phone.
