Pretty sure mine is 4G. It came with my Torch but I swapped it because the Bold only came with a 2G.

Sandisk 16GB and for what is written on the back is a class 6 :)
im sure i read somewhere on here BB's locked at Class 2 speeds? i've got a class 6 8gb with 6gb free and wallpapers/pictures take forever to load too.
If this is the case I would suggest to ceck your OS and device speed primarly.
I dont use stock themes, ringtones or backgrounds everything flows out from my SD clearly.
May ask what OS you running....?
I have a 16gb in mine.

I wonder what OS versions you have...
OS6 and a 9780. The issue has been solved! Got a 32gb Class 10 that reads the files much faster. However, it took me forever to get it to work. It seems the card needed to be formatted first in my PC and then in my 9780; the transfer had to be done from PC to phone via USB not from my 16gb to 32gb drag and drop nor copy and paste.
Can't use DM since it has always been corrupted so music file transfer via J River corrupts the files. Windows Media works faster and as long as I am transfering a few songs at a time is fine.

I use the included 2GB memory card. Not gonna need any more space shortly, unless Spotify is able to launch an BlackBerry-app soon.
There's no way you can store apps on the SD-card instead of internal memory, right?
I had a 4gb but just bought a 16 gb, I keep alot of music on mine.
