I would love nothing better than to find a really good and easy program to use to convert all sorts of videos and DVD's to play on my 9900.
Can you recommend one? There are sooooo many out there and I would much rather hear from the board on a recommendation rather than trial and error on my part.
I use 'Videora' which converts everything to MPEG/Quicktime format. However, the 320X480 resolution seems kinda poor and pexilated. It was never this case 2 yeas ago, but it is now. Lately ive been converting all my videos in 360X480 and 480X720. 480X720 is insanely crystal clear which i love. Only downside is that the file doubles in size and i'd rather have more content then have it appear crystal clear on my phone because the 360X480 is decent. I am not sure why it is only decent. Maybe recent DVD releases just churn out poorly quality DVDs to save money since DVDs aren't really selling that much these days, or everything is about Blu-Ray? Even the DVDs cases now are flimsy plastic.
I am thinking about trying the program mentioned earlier in the thread. IT looks interesting. Videora has worked fine for me and it is easy to use. Only downside is that long movies take a long time to convert, but it depends on how long the movie is and file size. If you have apowerful PC, i noticed it converts quicker. You know, dual core processor, 6GB ram, etc.
