I emailed support yesterday regarding the huge bug in version 2.4.6 where it froze my Bold 9900 every time I opened it. Version 2.5 can be downloaded here and works great @ http://weyebb.pelmorex.com/blackberry/

Not updated in App World yet so get it there.

Thank you so much! I used Weathereye on my old Curve 8530 and was pretty frusterated that I couldn`tfind it in app world.

Any news on a bloomberg app being updated for OS7?

I'm finding it easier to contact technical support inquiring about when their apps will be OS7 ready. I've had a chance to beta test a few apps so far just because I asked. There are still quite a few apps out there that I want, but have received no response from support.

I had the auto open problem too and uninstalled (earlier versions). I will try the latest version.

I've been using Weather Channel since and seem to like it.

I used to love WeatherEye, but the newer versions have been ... well let's just say i use Canadian Weather now. I love the integration with ringer profiles for weather alerts. Source is Environment Canada so it's just as accurate as WeatherEye. It's not free though.

They have the worst support around, and a ****ty application to boot. Nothing but trouble with every release. I remember when there were days they had no data showing up...and they knew about the issue, but couldn't figure out what to do to fix it.

piece of crap IMO, do not believe it is fully optimized for OS7 yet...I think it's hit or miss with your own device

in my case it does spontaneously open and will not open once I want it to!

can't justify paying for a weather app....not a fan of what's available so far for free...oh well...will continue to use POYNT.....

I also experience Weathereye random popups on my 9900 - had to uninstall - too bad, I liked it a lot.
