09-04-11 04:14 PMLike 0 - Instead of going to all this trouble of begging AT&Terrible to launch the new 9900/9930, just move to one of the carriers that have them. That's what I did, and I couldn't be happier with Verizon. Their service is much better and they have just as good (or better) coverage.
Take the plunge! Maybe they AT&Terrible will get the hint and humble themselves when they start losing business.09-04-11 04:29 PMLike 0 - comments will not hurt but i think action like picketing will be better way of getting attention from at&t.so hope at&t says something before sept 17.otherwise like kevin stated its going to be picketing time.i have been a customer with at&t since 2005.thats 6 years.i think i deserve something from at&t for my loyalty.with a new phone,i should also get a $500 gift certificate or get a free phone or pay low price for the new phone.i never complained to at&t about their service and quality because its been great and no trouble.so in that regard,at&t should look at loyal customers and show appreciation.09-04-11 06:09 PMLike 0

- well lots of folks get something from at&t for staying on their carrier for a long time.like grandfathered plans.some people even get devices for a lower price then the upgrade price for other customers.im not demanding at&t to give me something,but they should appreciate not just me but all customers who stay with at&t for years.as for you thinking,i shouldn't be rewarded.what makes you have the right to tell me that.im not the only one to pay to use phone service on at&t.millions of folks are.and if you haven't notice but folks are upset on how at&t is delaying the release of the new bold.many folks have defected and others contemplating to.im not expecting way too much.i like many just want to use our upgrade to a new phone and a little gift certificate of $500 wouldn't hurt a billion dollar company.09-04-11 07:15 PMLike 0
