I can't get VVM to work on an unlocked ATT phone. Is this a problem with unlocked phones or something I need to deal with through Tmo?

If it is a problem with unlocked phones, is there a way around it?

You'll have to call Tmobile. Maybe they could fix the issue as it's probably on their side.

With almost all phones that support VVM, it only works while still locked to theoriginal carrier, as its carrier specific software. You are kinda out of luck when it comes to unlocked phones as unlocking does disable the odd features.
