I find that the way I hold my bold the volume toggle would work perfect as a second navigation
Option. It would be awsome to use it to scroll up and down on web pages and long emails. Do
You guys agree? Maybe an app would allow this to work, QuickLaunch let's you use the volume
Toggle to scroll through its menu so I'm sure its possible.

As long as you can disable it sure. But I listen to music on my Bold often enough that I'd find it annoying if it kept jumping pages everytime I skipped a track or adjusted the volume. It would be worse if they disabled media control when you were in messages or browser. My hand positioning actually puts my thumb on the keyboard when I'm reading so I use shortcuts to scroll up/down
