is there a standard voice to text feature on the 9900? i work with a bb guy thinkin of jumping ship to android. this is a feature he really likes and would love it on a bb. if nit is there a good app for it? thanks.

vlingo is your best option
Vlingo on BB is nicer than the Android solution because you can trigger it with a concenience key. No need to look at your screen and find that voice button.
