Hi all, does anyone know how to turn on voice dialing right from the bundled earphone? I remembered it used to work: I just pressed the silver one button and my bold will prompt for instructions. That function seems disappeared on me.

Have you tried a battery pull? Little glitches like that can often be fixed that way. Try that and see... Good luck!
