I juest spoke to Voda upgrade team. The worst service ever. I am on 40 pound a month and wanted to get 9900 as upgrade. The said that I have to pay 160 pounds for BB. And new customer, according to they website, with the same tariff has to pay 130..... I would love to say goodbye to them, but so far only Voda offeres 12 month contract

the best advice i can give, is if your on twitter, send @vodafoneukdeals a tweet saying your looking to upgrade, they`ll get ya to email them and they`ll call ya up, they sorted me a good deal for what i wanted, so is worth a try

Im currently on vodafone as well and my upgrade is due, over the phone they were offering me deals marginally cheaper than on their website. I get 30% staff discount on o2 and 40% on orange but only want vodafone for a 12 month contract! could you let me know what tariff you got for 31pm please

Sure its a business tarrif 12m 26+ vat 300 mins ultd txt 500 mb internet bb services +2gb bt open zone. Phone free!

I got a new contact from VF. Free handset �36 a month 900 mins, 0.5GB data unlimited texts. I get an additional 20% discount on tariff through work which makes it just under �29 a month for a 24 month contract.
