It looks like a phone with a blue tape reel above it. Check your downloads folder.
Thanks, it is there. I have added it but now it says provisioning unsuccessful. I have seen others have this problem so I will look around for an answer.
it maybe in your download folder or even your applications folder..
#1 if you installed Visual Voicemail during your OS installation, it is always running. Use the task manager and you can access no matter where the icon has been stuffed
tip...since it's always running anyway, i hid the Visual Voicemail icon, and just use the task manager switcher to navigate to it, thus saving icon space
#2 even though Visual Voicemail app is on the device, you have ot call AT&T and have them provision you for the service (which is free right now). Once it is provisioned and setup on your blackberry it will require a device reset
You can also log into your account online and add it. It's towards the bottom at $0. I had to do that as well.
The site gives me an error when I try to do this. Anyone else have this problem? I'm trying to avoid calling because I can't seem to find the number on the site.
What error?

Or dial 611 straight from your phone.

I just went to my local ATT store and had them provision it for me. Waited a few minutes and they tested it out for me. Works like a charm.

Thanks for the numbers. Turns out ATT still had my phone registered as an 8820, though the website shows a Bold. Now it's fixed.
...waiting for someone to call so I can ignore it.
If you get bored, call AT&T, they will do a test call for you.
