Earlier in the week, I had a 523 Error which just constantly resets the device.

I was able to find a good tutorial here on the site and reset my Bold, basically to factory settings. The problem has been, I've noticed none of my videos save anymore. I checked the space available on the internal and external memory. Both have barely been used. Does anyone have any clue to what happened?
