Yes the 9020 does. 0.9 had an older version, while .111 has a higher one.

No. While I cannot explain, the 9020 firmware does not have the new BBM. Go to Options>Applications. BBM 74.7.0 is listed. Now BBM 4.7.2 is actually BBM 5.0, but the 9020 has BBM 4.7.0.

I haven't tried to get one yet... I had someone offer me one, but I didn't follow up... I guess I'll bother "him/her" tomorrow and see if I can get one.

The trackpad is pretty cool, but it doesn't make a world of a difference. If your hands are sweaty, it becomes a little more problematic, but the again, the trackball gets stuck every once in a while too
