I got mine about 4 hours ago and I'm new to bb again(returnee) , so I'm trying it out kinda slow. Not sure this is where to post this but I don't see an "issues" thread yet and I just wanted to ask you long time bb users, is there any setting to adjust the the volume buttons on the right side as far as mine doesn't seem to work in the up(increase) mode. I tried to adjust the speaker vol and in call vol and only the down vol seems to respond. So of course I'm at low vol right now. Any thoughts? I know I have alot of settings to look thru yet. This thing is awesome so far otherwise. This is bugging the crap outta me tho.
I just got mine. I won't be able to activate until tonight. It looks beautiful. I can't help feel a little nervous. I am leaving behind my original Storm 1. It was my first Blackberry. I want to use an actual keyboard now. But will I regret leaving the big beautiful screen of my Storm? I guess I will find out once I start playing with my Bold!
I've never transferred info from one blackberry to another so can anyone tell me what my first step should be? Activating it? Transferring info? (And if you could tell me how to transfer info, I'd appreciate it.)

Looks like the top row send, menu, return and call end buttons are slightly larger to accommodate the trackpad and the bottom row buttons with spacebar are slightly smaller to make up for the difference, otherwise they look the same.
