1) Blackberry App World freezes the phone...clicking "end" unfreezes. Never opens the application.
2) My signal reception keeps fluctuating from no bars to few bars and anywhere inbetween. My Pearl has steady reception. I live in midtown Atlanta so I don't think reception should be an issue.
3) the trackpad is slightly angled to the right, but no biggie for me...
Anyone else with these issues? Or know of fixes?

Update: #1 fixed with a battery pull reset...
4) My lower half of the phone is quite warm. Wifi is off...
this 9650 is awesome - love it so far. my favorite feature is when you go to send a picture on BBM, it asks what size and when you toggle between sizes it automatically says how big the picture is. i also like the fact that the home screen now has 6 icons across vs 5 from my curve.
Just signed for mine. I'm working from home today and was really hoping the FedEx guy would get here early. FedEx.com said delivery was expected by 3 CST and he showed up at 2:40.
Got mine around 11, then setup the exchange syncing and downloaded/transferred everything else from my 8830. I think the build quality is great, I have no qualms with the phone so far, and I'm a fan of the darker bezel. Glad to have it!

My 9650 is coming tomorrow. What is the best way to transfer apps from the Tour to the Bold?
As the saying goes... Long-time Lurker, first time poster.
I thought I would put my two cents in, now that I have a renewed excitement with Blackberry.
I ordered my phone yesterday with a CSR... which was not easy. He called me back about 3 times to tell me he was still getting approval from his supervisor on pricing. Got a good price though. This morning i saw it was out for delivery at 6:56am. I was leaving my house at 7:40am... and saw a FEDEX truck making its round on my block. I thought, "This will be awesome, I can mess with this all day at work!" However, he continued dirving and did not stop. I actually tried to flag him down.
So I sat at work all morning thinking i wasn't gonna see the phone until Monday. 1:00pm rolls around and i get a message from my roommate that the package has arrived! Stoked to head home in the next few hours and enjoy my gift to myself.

Do you have push Exchange on your 'Berry? I had my Tour and couldnt get push Exchange because I wasnt on BES. So I got my Exchange mail every 15 minutes.
Mine came, but nobody was home to sign for the package!! Off to Fed-Ex I go!!!! Can't wait to check it out! Still a bit mad that it wasn't like the 9700. I fell in love with the 9700's frame and it's amazing battery. For anybody that has played with both, does the 9650 run faster then the 9700 or Tour?
