    ....into their system...so I can't activate it.

    Tier 2 (?) support had to submit a request to have the device manually loaded, so that their system could recognize the device and activate it. The rep said it could be as quick as an hour, but could take as long as a day.

    WTF - who shipped these things if they're not loaded into the systems properly?...and more importantly, WHY ME!?!?!?

    up and running now, although the rep never called me back like she said she would to let me know...my 'spidey sense' told me to power the radio back on and see if it would activate - low and behold!
