"Validate" email ........ not working
I have had my 9900 for well over 1-year ....... never a problem.
Today I received an email from Blackberry:
"Your BlackBerry device cannot acess [email protected] . The password may may have changed ........... You must validate account. "
The "VALIDATE" button was included with a link into the email setup.
So I try to validate (basically just inputting the password) and it rejects ..... everytime.
The email account shows: "Invalid Account, Please validate".
I just logged into email online ...... I have 7 new emails which have not hit my phone.
I know my password is correct, I just used it to login online. Everything appears fine online.
Problem is my phone will not access the account all of sudden for no apparent reason.
Any ideas what is causing this ??? I have no clue what is causing or how to fix since the "validate" will not work.
