How can I use my phone to connect my laptop to a wireless hot spot? I'm currently without internet but my phone is connected to a hot spot.

You need to either use tether, DM (once configured) or another way. Your blackberry doesn't have the wireless hotspot feature, nor does mine.

I don't know about your provider, but when we went to 6 I lost my internet capability on DM. (T-Mobile USA)

Not sure about your laptop, but every laptop I have seen in the past 4 years has had WiFI already on it. Why the need to connect to wifi through your BB at a hotspot?
