    Can I use sony Xpreria charger for my BB9700 device?
    Will it damage to my device or battery?
    OUTPUT=5.0VDC == 850mA,
    this is sony xperia charger's output.. Please can somebody help me..?

    If the voltage rating and connector are compatible it should work without problems. The output current rating is the *maximum output capability* and excess capability is ignored (just like your car usually runs below maximum available power) so the only thing you need to check there is that it is greater than minimum for the device to be charged. Most phone handsets are designed to accept charging from a USB port (max 500mA) so you have some margin in reserve. Remember, the "charger" is only a power source and control of charging is done by the phone. Provided your phone and battery are not defective, and the physical connection is compatible, they will be fine.

    The worst case is that a few phones are designed only to accept proprietary chargers, or chargers are setup to work only with specific phones. If you encounter this you can expect one side or the other to reject the incompatibility and no charging will occur.
