After an eventually uneventful upgrade to .266, I cannot get my work email working...My help desk sent me a new password and I am running through the enterprise activation and it simply starts and then says "An error occurred, please contact your system administrator"
I am using a new password (sent earlier today). I have resent service books and received an email indicating that my personal email should now be working.
everything else seems to be working as it should.
Thoughts?
UPDATE - Found an old post mentioning that you could just connect to DM using your computer that gets your work email (in my case at the moment, my work laptop and a VPN connection) and that in a few minutes your BB would automatically update itself..
It did, and all is now perfect.
