    I dont exactly know what the error is but my Bold 9900, doesnt turn on. But when I connect it to the Desktop Manager the red light turns on, then turns off. Nothing on the screen shows. When I'm trying to update it through the DM, it keeps disconnecting through the USB Mode and reconnecting when It's at the "Reconnecting JVM" step

    So I'm trying to figure out what's the issue, if I dont use the DM It'll just connect through the USB then disconnect.

    Any assistance?

    Try charging your battery for around 45 minutes before connecting it to the desktop.
