    Loaded an os on my bold 9900 and after the start up screen loaded up. I always get this message each time it loads up "Uncaught exception: java. Lang. Null pointer exception" with a white background

    Through bbsak. I tried two previous os. It gets stuck at start up screen then wiped it after much hassle and this is what it gives me

    Remove all your OS from PC, remove BBDM, run ccleaner. Reboot, reinstall BBDM, and OS, delete your vendor.xml and reload your OS after BBSAK wipe.

    Do a partial restore. Select what you need, more than likely contacts only.
