I have a Bold 9780. I have been using twitter and I have my options set to notify on new tweets. The notifications were appearing on the home screen just fine and when I click the notifications bar, it would drop down and would have a Twitter section where I could just click the notification. I had to reboot my Blackberry and since then, the notification icon appears in the bar, but when I click it to drop down, there is no Twitter section. Please tell me how I can fix that. I have also reinstalled many times, no change. I just want the twitter section to be back in the drop down.
I have all my notifications for twitter turned on. I see the little bird icon but when i click the bar it drops down and doesn't have a twitter section anymore like it used to. It reecently happened after I had to reboot because of an application.
I was reading a few articles online and the problem is specifically in the drop down notification bar. I get an icon of new twitter updates, but in the drop down no preview appears. Although, the preview used to appear before. Please help!
hmmm i used twitter for blackberry once and just didnt like it, i perfered ubersocial! lol its clean but its missing what twitter for blackberry has which is connecting twitter user to bb contacts, to ur question did you check ur messages options ?
