I'm asking this question on behalf of my mom. She recently switched from the BlackBerry Storm 2 to the 9930. She loves the phone, but has one main issue with it...
According to her, when she receives a picture, she will get all of the replies that were sent to the picture sender. So, she is getting text messages from people that she doesn't know.
I switched to the iPhone a few months ago (I love it, but I miss my BlackBerry so much... I wish I would have kept up with crackberry to see that a new BB was coming out!) so I havent dealt with BlackBerry 7 nor do I know how to correct this issue for her.
Can anyone give me any suggestions?
