I got an unlocked T-Mobile 9900 today and I'm trying to put the latest OS on it. 7.0.0.353. However, AppLoader is not picking it up. I wiped the device completely and it is still not picking it up. Desktop Manager finds the OS that was previously on the phone: 7.0.0.250.
I only have one OS installed on the PC which is the one I'm trying to install. I'm using Desktop Manager 7.
I had the same problem. The only fix I know of is uninstalling desktop manager and reinstalling it. What I do is I update my phone on one computer and keep it backed up and synced on another.

Just did that but re-installed Desktop Manager 6 and it's still doing the same thing. UGGHH
There is a new location for another vendor file for OS 7. Its in C:\Users\user_name\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader once you delete that you should be good.
